The HKAEP seeks to ensure the professional competency of Educational Psychologists through a voluntary regulatory system that promotes quality service, public interest, transparency, accountability and professionalism in psychological services. Upon official acceptance by the HKAEP, members of the HKAEP can use the title “Member of Register of Educational Psychologists accredited by Department of Health” and their names will appear on the HKAEP register. A Certificates of Registration will be issued to members upon the initial registration and annual renewal of registration.
